- This compact unit provides de-aired water with an extremely low level of gas content as it is demanded for saturation in triaxial tests, permeability tests and further geotechnical testing.
- While the water is sprayed through an atomizer nozzle into a perspex cylinder, air and other gaseous components are removed by a vacuum.
- The apparatus comprises a water trap with atomizer, a control panel, a vacuum gauge, a valve system, vacuum and discharge hoses.
- An additional vacuum connector allows a separate use of the vacuum pump.
- The apparatus is designed for table placing or wall mounting.
